Rogerio Da Silva’s journey through life has been marked by adventure, resilience, and a deep commitment to making a positive impact. With a background in hospitality management, a love for kitesurfing, and a personal connection to ADHD, he has become a life coach and advocate for those dealing with ADHD. Born in Brazil, Rogerio moved to the UK in early adulthood and worked his way up from humble beginnings in the hospitality industry. At the peak of his career, he followed his passion for kitesurfing, creating a successful business in Brazil before returning to the UK.

In middle age, Rogerio was diagnosed with ADHD, a revelation that inspired him to help others. Now, as a life coach specializing in ADHD, he draws from his own experiences to offer empathy, guidance, and support. His journey, marked by a late ADHD diagnosis and a deep understanding of life's struggles, fuels his mission to help adults and children overcome limitations and achieve fulfilling futures.

He believes that by sharing his journey and providing guidance, he can make a meaningful impact on the lives of those he touches. His goal is to help adults and children break free from limitations and shape brighter, more fulfilling futures.

“Society often expects neurodivergent individuals to fit into a box and learn uniformly, when we all actually learn differently and face unique challenges. With patience and understanding, however, we can thrive. Neurodivergent individuals are sensitive, creative, and think outside the box, yet daily tasks can be a struggle. At the Square, we create a safe space where everyone, including neurodivergent individuals like Amy and I can thrive. We share information, encourage creativity and curiosity, and allow everyone to be themselves.”
